The effects of different nematicides and doses on the population of Tylenchulus semipenetrans (Citrus nematode), Pratylenchus, Helicotylenchus, Xiphinema, Paratylenchus and Criconemoides were studied in a lemon orchard hardly attacked by nematodes. Fumazone (30 and 45 liter/ha) gave the best control (98.8% and 99.1%) of Tylenchulus semipenetrans and other parasitic nematodes. This nematicide acted more showed the best residual effect. None of the nematicides produced fitotoxicity on the trees. |
