Some trials in the diagnosis of mineral deficiencies has been made following the Plant Injection Technique developed by Roach and Robert Positive reactions were observed for Fe, Mn and P in apples, cherries and lemon. The trials were carried on aluvial soils of pH about 8, in Santiago, Chile.
