percentage of rotten cherries was determined in the varieties "Corazón de Paloma" and "Bing", harvested in three stages of maturity and stored at 0,5ºC and 87% relative humidity, during 7 and 14 days, plus a period of two more days at room temperature. The percentage of rotteness was greater as the grade of maturity and the number of days in refrigerated storage increased. Observed percentage of damage in variety Corazón de Paloma was greater than in the Bing variety. |
