Six spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genotypes were hand-crossed in a diallel system. the following quality components were analyzed to evaluate industrial and nutritional quality in the F1 generation: micro-Pelshenke time; micro-sedimentation value; water absorption capacity; loaf volume; crumb texture, and protein content. |
